This is a high-impact week for curious, creative, globally-minded teens who want more than just another school break. It’s for those who want to lead, innovate, speak up, and create.

🕒Morning Schedule : 9h – 12h, Mon – Fri
Full-day on Friday for final project presentations (9h – 16h30)
Participants will join the afternoon leadership teams to complete and present their projects together.
Final Pitch & Certificate Ceremony
🎤 Friday at 15h30 – Parents and invited guests welcome
Each team will present their project to a jury and receive a YES Academy Certificate of Completion.
Optional Lunch Break

Supervised lunch break available for those staying all day. (Lunch not included)

On Friday, afternoon participants team up with the morning Business Builders for a full-day collaboration and final presentation.
Final Pitch & Certificate Ceremony

Students present their team projects before a jury and receive their YES Academy Certificate of Completion.

This full-day experience combines the Business Builders Launchpad and the Next Gen AI Leadership Lab, offering students a complete and immersive journey through entrepreneurship, leadership, innovation, and AI.

All participants will join forces on Friday to finalize their projects and present their work in front of a live jury, mentors, and families. Certificates of Completion will be awarded.

Where Ideas Come to Life
In this hands-on, high-energy program, participants aged 11–18 learn how to turn a simple idea into a real-world business project — just like in top university entrepreneurship programs, but adapted for youth and designed to spark excitement and confidence.
Over the course of the week, students will:
✅ Learn to brainstorm like real innovators
✅ Explore real-world challenges and design meaningful solutions
✅ Work in small teams to develop and test their business ideas
✅ Learn the basics of how a business works: from identifying a need to creating value
✅ Discover how to design a simple business model
✅ Practice customer validation through live surveys and interviews
✅ Explore prototyping and presentation through design thinking exercises
✅ Script, film, and edit a short video ad for their product or service
✅ Learn how to build a pitch deck and speak in front of others with clarity and energy
✅ Present their business at the Friday Pitch Event in front of a jury and live audience
💼 No previous experience needed — just curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to dive in.
📜 All participants receive a YES Academy Certificate of Completion, recognized as a pre-professional internship experience for school portfolios and future applications.

This program is designed for youth aged 11–18 who are ready to explore what it means to lead — not someday, but now. In a world shaped by technology, AI, and rapid change, students will gain the mindset and tools to express themselves, connect with others, and lead with clarity and confidence.
Throughout the week, participants will:

✅ Explore ethical and creative uses of generative AI tools
✅ Practice collaboration, emotional intelligence, and values-based leadership
✅ Take part in debates, games, and real-world leadership challenges

✅ Reflect on their own strengths and leadership style
✅ Work in teams to bring a project to life and present it at the Friday Pitch Event
