The Founders Lab is an innovative extracurricular program designed to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit in young students.

Students don’t just learn about business, they think, build and decide like founders. Founders Lab takes students from raw idea to market-ready concept using real frameworks from Strategyzer and MITDesignX. They learn to spot opportunity where others see nothing, model revenue, understand what makes a business actually valuable and how to exit it. Including one module no other programme teaches: why buying a boring business might be the smartest move they ever make.

Lead the Room is inspired by the work of Feena May and her book The Power of a Lollipop, focusing on developing leadership qualities by enhancing their understanding of effective leadership practices and strategies, including AI.

This year-long program guides students through the fundamentals of leadership, including strategic decision-making, effective communication, and team management.

Through a mix of theoretical learning and practical exercises, participants will explore various leadership styles, learn how to lead diverse teams, and apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.

By the end of the course, students will have gained the confidence and skills needed to lead with integrity and influence, making them highly desirable candidates for advanced education and professional opportunities.

The Art of Perfume Creation workshop introduces students to the world of scent and how perfumes are made. They learn to recognise different smells, understand how scent links to memories and emotions, and use simple techniques to blend their own fragrance.

Students also discover how the perfume industry works — from basic marketing ideas to the costs involved in creating and selling a product.

By the end of the workshop, each student has designed a personal perfume and gained confidence in their creativity, senses, and self-expression.

The Luxury Code workshop introduces students to the world of luxury business and what separates a premium brand from an ordinary one. They learn to decode the signals of exclusivity, understand how desire is engineered, and discover why the most aspirational brands in the world rarely compete on price.

Students also explore how luxury companies are built and managed — from brand identity and storytelling to the financial logic behind premium positioning and the decisions that protect a brand’s prestige over time.

By the end of the workshop, each student has developed their own luxury brand concept and gained confidence in their strategic thinking, creative vision, and ability to present ideas with authority.
